  • Nausea can be seen after the general anesthesia for first 4 hours at awakening period. If procedure is performed under the local anesthesia nausea generally not seen
  • It is ideal to start eating with a soft and lukewarm diet 4 hours after surgery. If procedure is performed under the local anesthesia you can start to eating just after the procedure!
  • Do not use other medicines like aspirin, a blood thinner after surgery, without consulting with me
  • Sporting activities that will increase your blood pressure is dangerous first 10 days. You can walk to the rhythm of the evening
  • Protect your nose from the first 2 weeks of heat exposure
  • Do not touch the non-sterile city water and shampooed bath water into the nose for the first 3 weeks after the operation
  • Do not put anything in the nose or remove the silicone in the nose
  • It is normal to have post-operative nose bleeds like dripping or slow leaking, especially in the first 3 days, from front side and back side of the nose
  • Do not pressured blowout from your nose without consulting your doctor. It can cause to nose bleeding
  • If you feel to sneezing, please try to open mouth when you sneeze to prevent increasing nasal blood pressure. You can use allergy drugs after the talking with me
  • Medications to be used after surgery: Pain relief tablet, Antibiotic, Ocean water spray, Nose moisturizing drops. I will describe each drug to you.
